If you’ve been reading my updates, you know that I was registered to ride 100 miles last month for the Bike to Beat cancer charity fundraiser. Well two weeks before the event I got Covid and was unable to participate.
Since then I’ve been building my strength back up and will make the ride up this Saturday with Tour de Mad Dog Stage 20 ride with the Louisville Bicycle club. I’m looking forward to this cold ride and will let you know how it goes next week.
There is something about riding my bike while raising money to help others that give me joy. In fact, I’m so committed to it that I’ve already registered for next year’s event. I’ll be raising donations again, so if you want to go ahead and support my efforts here’s the link you need.
